To claim your CME Certificate…
Simply go to the www.tts.cmecertificateonline.com and complete the evaluation. A certificate will be made available after the evaluation. Do not forget to print your certificate at the end of the process.
The online certificate site will only be available until October 28, 2016
. After that date, the site will be removed and certificates will no longer be available. If you need a CME certificate, you must complete the evaluation and certification process prior to this date, otherwise you will forfeit your credit for the Congress.
